What to Expect at a UCMAS Centre
Every centre teaches the same curriculum, to the same structure, with the same assessments. What changes is which one is closest to you.
Children attend two hours of class a week at their nearest centre. The schedule is deliberately light so it sits alongside school rather than competing with it, and the programme is built for children aged 4 to 13.
The course runs in four modules — Foundation, Refine, Ascend and Masters — and every level ends with a graded assessment and a certificate, so progress is visible rather than something you have to take on trust. The programme page sets out the levels and what each one costs.
You do not have to decide first. Every centre offers a free demo class, and we would rather a child sat through one and found it was not for them than enrolled and discovered the same thing a month later. Book one at whichever centre is nearest.
If you are weighing us against other providers, our guide to choosing an abacus class lists the questions worth asking any of them, and abacus vs Vedic maths covers which method suits which age.
Where Our Centres Are
Across Hyderabad and seven districts of Telangana.
Most of our centres are in Hyderabad, spread across the city so that few families have to travel far — from Kukatpally and Miyapur in the west through Secunderabad and ECIL in the north to Attapur, Kismatpur and Hastinapuram in the south. Outside the city we teach in Khammam, Warangal, Nalgonda, Adilabad, Jangaon, Ramagundam and Suryapet.
If you are choosing between two, pick the one you can reach reliably every week. Attendance matters more to a child’s progress than anything that distinguishes one centre from another, and the curriculum is identical at all of them. The centre locator will find the closest one to your address.
